The reason I started The Glass Man Professional Window Washing, Inc. is that I noticed a gap in the window-cleaning service industry; there wasn’t enough empathy, care, or compassion. I wanted to deliver the kind of service I expect to receive in my own home; the kind of service I’d want my grandmother to receive. So, I went out on my own.
