What do I need to do to prepare?
NOTHING at all! We believe that if you are going to hire a professional to come to your home or office, it should be easy for you. You should not have to spend more time or effort to prepare your home for it to be cleaned. You should be able to fully trust a team to put you first, without feeling like you have to stay and watch.
Do I need to be there?
No. We exist to make cleaning easy. Our cleaning services can take a few hours to a few days to complete and we do not think you need to waste your time overseeing the project. We have excellent office staff to ensure communication is always up-to-date. We have the best operation supervisors to support our field techs and ensure an excellent job, every time. The first step here is trust. We hire, train, and support only the best. We have you covered and even hold keys and alarm codes for many residences and business (secured safely with the latest technology) all in an effort to take window washing and exterior building maintenance off your plate! Do you clean the screens too?
Yes we do! In fact, we wash them! You won’t be able to enjoy a clean window with a dirty screen! And brushing them is not enough! We utilize the latest screen washing equipment and technology to soap, scrub, and rinse all screens and screen frames.
Do you open each window to clean the tracks, nooks, and crannies?
Yes. We open each window, remove your screens, and clean the area around the window. Once the window is well-scrubbed, wet, and soapy, we remove the water using professional window washing squeegees and a professional technique to pull the water off the window, which leaves the glass clean and streak-free. Next, we wipe the water from the edges of the window with lint-less towels. Lastly, we wipe down and scrub and clean all frames, sills, and tracks.
What is the difference between professional window cleaning and standard cleaning service?
Our tools, training, and equipment are specifically designed for professional window cleaning services. Simply put: standard cleaning services will not have the specialty equipment (or insurance) to perform quality services that will last.
