As a Door-to-Door Ninja, you will be learning to provide our customers with an excellent experience – educating and communicating about the services we offer. This is a SALES position. You will be knocking on doors in select neighborhoods, engaging and educating potential clients, documenting leads, providing quotes, and working to add business to our portfolio! COMMISSION PAY IS THE NAME OF THE GAME HERE!
We clean windows, solar panels, rain gutters, and pressure wash buildings. The Glass Man is committed to growth. This is a work environment where your personal and professional goals matter. We will be providing SALES TRAINING to help you grow, lead, and WIN!
1. This job is full-time and we offer 3-day weekends: spring, summer, and fall.
2. Every day starts at 7:45 am from our office in Ventura.
3. Starting pay is $17/ hour PLUS COMMISSION! with plenty of room for growth.
